Ans: The Problem in information System Design; 

The design of new computers based information systems can be a very complex and challenging task. In some cases, past design have produced disappointing internal results and a bad public image for the sponsoring organization.

The System Security Issue: 

           The failure to secure the information system being used has threatened organizations as well as individuals Assets have been stolen from organizations through system manipulation. Secrets  have been copied and existing security controls of large direct- acess system to gain acess to sensitive information. Further more, as personal computer poliferate in organisations there is the fear that when these units are linked with larger systems the security and accuracy of the organisations valuable data base will be placed in further jeopardy.
